Epicondylitis - Tennis Elbow...and of course, Mechanic's and/or Office Worker's Elbow

Beyond the classic injury suffered by these subjects in their daily work, EPICONDYLITIS (translated as Enthesitis of the muscles that insert into the Epicondyle) has become common among people who tend to contain more stress than necessary, being submerged in an almost constant level of tension and statism.

In this case, the problem originates at the cervical level due to poor posture at work and to an emotional and chemical liver-glad bladder decompensation (Bad food habits), which generates a well-known neuromuscular load and the consequent cervical blockage between C3 > C5. This is the cause of the nerve root irritation and inflammation of the epicondyle, which leads to a shortage of blood supply to the tendons and muscles involved in the external elbow projection.

But don't worry, there is a solution. Shall we look at it together?
