Classic internal knee tendonitis

The 3 tendons of the Semitendinosus, Sartorius and GrĂ¡cilis muscles that converge in this area suffer an imbalance between their functions, giving rise to an itching, burning and stinging sensation, and even episodes of crepitus and inflammation.
Such discomfort usually occurs especially during knee flexion and extension movements and sometimes even at rest.

But what can cause such a problem?

In most cases it is due to overtraining (tendinomuscular overload) and lack of knee extension during training. Or maybe you are one of those who suffer from "flat feet", "valgus knees" or the after-effects of an old pubalgia.

Shall we check it out together?
